VALIVIA's RETURN POLICY:

Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving in the mail for exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for paying shipping on all returned items. Items must be unworn and still have tags in place. Once returns are processed, the credit will be added to your online account. All jewelry, discounted items and flash sales items are FINAL SALE.
